Breathing mechanics based on Pranayama is one of my main focuses. Using special techniques, you will learn to control your breathing and increase lung capacity. This will make your dives longer and more relaxed.
Your body's oxygen utilisation is optimised. You will be able to benefit from this new found mental and physical strength in many areas of your life.
Ice swimming / ice diving

I also specialize in cold water adaptation, ice-swimming and ice-diving. Getting used to cold water has many benefits for your body and mind, although it can be challenging at first.
You will improve your stamina and increase your confidence. You will develop a deeper connection with yourself and nature and feel more balanced.
